Welcome to Pilates at the Farm’s website (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or booking classes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

You may only use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the website or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the website. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any unauthorised access to the website or any related systems or networks.​

2. Bookings & Payments

All classes must be booked in advance via our third party booking party Bookwhen. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged. Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled using the Bookwhen app up to 24 hours before the class start time. Classes cancelled less than 24 hours before class start time or no shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, videos) is owned by Pilates at the Farm and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

7. Changes to Terms and Studio

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

All class prices, packages and times are subject to change at any time. We will give advance notice of such changes. Changes will be communicated via email or text message and posted on social media/website.
