About us
With over 10 years of teaching experience and comprehensive knowledge in the pilates method, Jo’s aim is to share how this incredible system can make you feel, both inside and out.
At Pilates at the Farm, we believe Pilates should feel personal, supportive, and inspiring. Our classes are small and tailored to you - whether you’re brand new to equipment Pilates or already in love with it.

Private or Duo Sessions
Book a private session or bring a friend!
This is a 55 minute class with access to all of the pilates equipment (Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, BASI Arm Chair… …) for those who would like that one-to-one attention. Particularly useful if you are new to pilates, have any specific goals, injuries or concerns. Including pregnancy and post natal recovery.
A brilliant way to build confidence with tailored support.
Group Reformer Classes
A small group of four. A flowing class on the reformer. Join the Beginners Class for deep foundational work or the Intermediate for a more challenging and dynamic class, for more experienced practitioners.
Learn proper alignment, muscle engagement, breath and the core Pilates principles that take you further in your practice.
